(a) Pink Factory Pty Ltd, trading as OneTeaspoon, 8 Powells Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, oneteaspoon.com.au is the “Promoter”.

 

(b) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

(c) By entering the Win a trip for two to the OneTeaspoon Broke & Famous Launch Event, Bondi Beach, Sydney (the “Promotion”), promoted by OneTeaspoon (the “Promoter”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by OneTeaspoon.

 

(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, OneTeaspoon includes its parent companies, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.

 
(a) Eligibility: To enter the Win a trip for two to the OneTeaspoon Broke & Famous Launch Event, Bondi Beach, Sydney (the “Promotion”), entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older. The agents, contractors, employees and family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of OneTeaspoon and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the competition. You must be available between 20th – 22nd February 2020 to attend the OneTeaspoon Broke & Famous Launch Event.

 

(b) How to Enter: To be valid an entrant must submit their Name, Email and DOB into the Win a trip for two to the OneTeaspoon Broke & Famous Launch Event, Bondi Beach, Sydney. Entries must be received no later than Monday 10th February, 2020 at 11:59 PM (AEDT).

 

(c) Entry Conditions: The authorised account holder of the email address used to enter the Promotion is deemed to be the entrant. Only one entry permitted per person.

OneTeaspoon reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, email, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

 

Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform OneTeaspoon if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.

 

(d) Winner Selection and Judging: There will be one (1) winner. The one winner will be selected by random chance at the OneTeaspoon Head Office at 8 Powells Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Potential winning entrants will be contacted via email. If a potential winning entrant is determined by the Promoter to be unqualified to participate in this Promotion or does not respond to the Promoter’s correspondence within 24 hours, the potential winning entrant will be disqualified and a new potential winning entrant will be selected based on chance. OneTeaspoon will not be liable to any prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided. The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.

(e) Required Documentation: The winner will be requested to provide full contact details: full name and email address. If the winner fails to provide the full information in the manner requested they will not be eligible for the competition prize.

 

(f) Promotional Period: Entries to this competition open on Monday 3rd February, 2020 and will close Monday 10th February, 2020 at 11:59 PM (AEDT). The winner will be announced on Tuesday 11th February, 2020.

 

(g) Publicity: The winner of this competition agrees that their identity including the entrants name, may be disclosed in winner announcements on OneTeaspoon’s Instagram and Facebook Accounts and promotional material, without further payment or compensation.

 
(a) If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

 

(b) Any cost associated with accessing social media platforms and mobile applications is the Entrant’s responsibility. The Promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or unforeseen schedule changes that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by Promoter’s negligence. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the Promotion will be void. Promoter has the sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Promoter’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion or Promoter otherwise becomes incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Promoter is not responsible for changes to entrant’s contact information. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the submission of false entries, as determined by Promoter, will be disqualified. Promoter has the sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Promoter has the sole discretion to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is deemed detrimental or unfair to Promoter, the Promotion or any other entrant. Promoter has no obligation to return any entry consideration, if applicable, submitted by a disqualified entrant. 

 

(c) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.

 
(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

(b) OneTeaspoon will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.

 

(c) If a prize referred to in this competition becomes unavailable for any reason OneTeaspoon reserves the right to substitute that prize for a similar item of similar value. The total prize value is AUD $3000.

 

(d) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. OneTeaspoon accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

 

(e) The one (1) winner of the competition will receive:

(f) Taxes on prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner.

 

(h) Prize Expiry Date: The prize must have taken on Thursday 20th February, 2020 – Saturday 22nd February, 2020. In the event a winner does not take the price by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

(j) The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time. They must depart from the same capital city within Australia and are responsible for their transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure to Sydney.

 

 
(a) OneTeaspoon may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.

 

(b) The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 

(c) Please note that entry into this competition is deemed automatic consent to be added to the OneTeaspoon database. 

 

(a) Entrants warrant and represent to OneTeaspoon that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.

 

(b) If OneTeaspoon becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, OneTeaspoon may deem that prize winner ineligible.
