How do I return my item online?
First up, please make sure your return meets the criteria below before returning any items, any returns that do not meet the criteria will be returned to you at your expense and we don't want that to happen!
Did you check out as a Member or a Guest?
Members:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account - My Transactions
- Select Request return, on the order you wish to return
- Fill in Request return form and Submit (you do not need to wait for approval before sending your item)
- Please write your original order # on the outside of the package
- Send your parcel back to us at the below address
- When your return is processed, you will be notified via email and your store credit will be available in your account to use
Guests:
- Please write your original order # on the outside of the package
- Send your parcel back to us at the below address
- When your return is processed, you will be notified via email with your store credit number, please make sure you keep reference of your store credit number

The Return Rules
At all One Teaspoon stores we offer store credit for returns within 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes dust bags, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging. You don’t need the clear plastic packaging.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?
Due to hygiene standards/requirements, some items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty, for example underwear, earrings and hair accessories. If an item is not eligible for return, it will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.
Can I return Sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" or “Non-Returnable” (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page and/or at the checkout.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can’t provide exchanges online. If you return your items to our online store, you will be provided with a store credit where you can then re-purchase. Please be aware that we are unable to place items on hold in online, and items are subject to availability.

Other important things you should know..
- We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, you will receive a Store Credit. Refunds will only be provided for faulty or incorrect items in line with Australian Consumer Law where an item cannot be replaced
- Store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue
- Store credits are not transferrable
- Shipping fees will not be credited or refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect inline with Australian Consumer Law. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact customer care prior to returning your item
- When returning sale items, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished
- When returning your items to online, you will be notified via email when your Store credit has been processed. This may take up to 7 days
- Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, VAT, taxes or additional shipping charges as these are not charged by One Teaspoon. Please refer to your local customs office for such charges
- Your use of Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms Of Use
