OneTeaspoon offers returns for 30 days and we only have 3 rules to be eligible to return your items.

Within 30 days of placing your order.

Your items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene.

In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes. You don't need the clear plastic packaging.

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return in My Account under My Transactions.


Other things you should know...

  • Refunds are available for damaged or faulty items.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, you will instead receive a Store Credit that can be used both online and in-store.
  • We do not provide Store Credit or refunds for shipping fees unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Merchandise bought on sale may be returned for Store Credit unless indicated as final sale on site. Store Credits on sale or outlet items will be credited for the purchase price only.
  • Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished
  • You will receive your Store credit once your return has been processed and approved. This may take up to 7 days.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
  • Your use of Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms Of Use.



We cannot provide exchanges on our online store at this time. Please return your item and we will issue you with a Store Credit to use on your next purchase.



You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you place your order if you meet all the above conditions.

If you are a member please follow the steps below.

  1. Lodge a return by logging into your account
  2. Go to My Account - My Transactions.
  3. Select Request return, on the order you wish to return.
  4. Fill in Request return form and Submit.
  5. Please write your original order # on the outside of the package.
  6. Send your parcel back to us at the below address.
  7. Once your return is processed your store credit will be available to use on your next order.

If you are a guest please follow the steps below.

  1. There’s no need to lodge your return just simply send your items back.
  2. Please write your original order # on the outside of the package.
  3. Send your parcel back to us at the below address
  4. Please note: If you placed an order as a guest, you store credit won’t be assigned to an account. You will be emailed a store credit voucher code.
