All USA orders are now shipping through our new process that ensures you won’t be charged any duties or customs fees.
To protect you from the recent U.S. government customs changes (effective August 29, 2025), we’ve introduced a two-stage shipping method:

Stage 1: Your order first travels with our international freight partner. You won’t receive a tracking email during this stage, so don’t worry if things seem quiet for about a week — your order is in transit. If anything comes up, we’ll contact you directly.

Stage 2: Once it reaches our local USA warehouse, it’s handed over to our U.S. carrier, DHL eCommerce. You’ll then receive your tracking number, and delivery to your door is usually just a couple of days away.
This new process lets us fully cover all customs duties on your behalf — without increasing product or shipping prices.
