You must be logged in to your account to use your Welcome Voucher. If you are logged in and still having trouble, please reach out to Customer Care.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the "Redeem Your Promo Code" box at the cart or checkout and click ‘Apply’. If the discount hasn't applied, make sure you are logged in to your account and try again.
Either the promo code you are trying to use has expired, or you need to be logged in. Please try logging in to your account, and check the Promo Ts and Cs page for expiry information.
If you have a Gift Card, please choose "Gift Card" as a payment option in the final stage of checkout and enter your unique Gift Card code. The amount on your Gift Card will be used against your order. If your items total more than your Gift Card balance you will be prompted to pay the difference using other available payment methods.
Once the sale of the card has gone through, the receiver will be emailed the gift card.

We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, so you will receive a Store Credit that can be used both online and in-store. Store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
We can't offer exchanges online however you are always welcome to exchange your item in one of our stores, to find the closest one to you click here. If you don't live near one of our stores, please send your item(s) to us and we will process your return as soon as we have it.
