General Size Info
Your perfect One Teaspoon size may be different from other denim or apparel brands.
Please check before placing your order:
- The international size charts against your usual standard size to find out what your ideal One Teaspoon size will be.
- The size guide pop up on each individual style you are buying.
At One Teaspoon, we love a relaxed, oversized fit so you may need to size down in some styles if you prefer a more fitted look.
One Teaspoon isn't your standard denim label, and we like it that way.
Low Rise & Denim Fits
One Teaspoon are the masters of low rise denim and have been for 26 years (established in 2000).
Our low rise styles are designed to fit low on the widest part of your hips, so measurements are in line with “low hip” measurements.
Crafted for a low slung relaxed and baggy fit, you might have to size down if you’d like our low rise shorts and jeans to be more fitted or to sit higher up on your hips or waist.
We also love a mid and high waist too! These styles are designed for a more fitted look and to fit tighter around the waist.

Apparel Fits
Our classic denim shirts are mostly designed to be worn oversized and drape the body, with a drop shoulder and a longer length. If you prefer a fitted look, size down.
One Teaspoon coats and jackets can be super exaggerated. Oversized, drop shoulders and extra long sleeves, designed for a super layered look to keep you nice and toasty in winter. You may need to size down if you'd like a tighter fit.
All our apparel including dresses and tops follow our international size guide charts, but depending on the style may be designed to be more oversized.
