After your payment is authorised and verified, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order, please allow more time during sale periods. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your parcel is shipped and on it’s way! All shipping fees are quoted in USD. All items are shipped from USA and require a signature for delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time - we are unable to ship to customers in the state of New Jersey, USA, Ukraine or Russia at present. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Other things you should know...

During sale periods express shipping may not be offered and please allow additional processing time. We will post any processing delays on our website. Once your order is placed, sorry but we are not able to change or consolidate them. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only as it is up to the courier companies, therefore One Teaspoon is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Delivery

UPS will deliver your order. If you are not home they will leave a notice card for you to advise delivery options. Please follow instructions on the notice card. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Currency Conversions

Express Shipping

Orders placed for express service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day (excluding holidays and weekends). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Taxes, Duties, Fee and Conversions.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees are charged by your local customs authority not OneTeaspoon and will not be refundable by OneTeaspoon. Some international countries may require additional customs and import duties and fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD), please contact your local customs office for detailed information on charges that may be incurred. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia and therefore we are unable to reimburse you for any free, taxes or duties incurred. Abandoned parcels will not be eligible for refund on the shipped items, shipping costs, import duties or fees incurred.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.

We charge you for your order in US dollars. The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company. Additionally your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any GST, charges, duties or fees. Please contact your provider for more information.
